Build games. Play them with friends.
Then fall apart spectacularly. Guts&Bolts is free, with a Studio to build in and a Player to play in.
Games that come with it

What's inside
Happy-Wheels-style falls: limbs come off, oil and bolts fly. You can turn it down or off.
Public and private servers, friends, chat and a leaderboard, with no IP addresses to share.
Roblox-style scripts: Touched, tools, leaderstats, saved data and more.
Tumbling parts, ropes, springs, hinges, motors and welds.
Give players bats, guns or anything else, equipped with 1–9.
Hats, shirts and pants from the catalog, paid for with Bolts you earn by playing.
Upload pictures and sounds on the Create page and use them in your games.
Import and export .rbxl and .rbxm places and models.
Make your own with Studio
Studio looks and works like Roblox Studio: Explorer, Properties, a script editor with autocomplete, and ready-made pieces like spawns, checkpoints and traps.
Press Play to test straight away. Build with friends in Team Create, then publish your game to the server so everyone can play it.
The site: in the app and on the web
The Guts&Bolts Player feels like the classic 2011 site: a games list, a catalog, friends, groups, a Create page and daily Bolts.
It works on phones too. The Android app plays every game with touch controls.
You can also use it right here in your browser: sign in to browse games, buy from the catalog, upload decals and audio, manage your games, and chat with friends and groups.
Download
Free, for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android. Each download has both the Player and Studio.
Every button opens the releases page. Pick the newest release, then click the file for your computer.
Always online
The Guts&Bolts server runs in the cloud, so your account, Bolts, friends and games are there any time. The apps connect to it by themselves: just sign up and press Play.
Want to run your own server for a LAN party? The README explains how.
